Mother of Kidnapped Girl Speaks Out

In this article, a little girl was taken away from her house and was taken to Connecticut. The parents beleive that the suspect could be the mother's half sister, who has battled with mental health issues. The half sister has many other outstanding warrants, but has not been caught yet.
